Maxbhi.com - Refund

I have ordered a mobile combo display for my Realme Narzo ** Pro *g on **th of October I received my product on **, I checked it it was defective so I contacted the company they suggest me to send them some photos and after that they told me to courier the product to them, where I spent *** rupees which they told are to be paid by me it means my loss but why I bear this is it my fault that I trusthis company for the order that was ok but on *th of November I received replaced product toay on *th of November I checked it, it is also having the same problem, so basically they are continuously sending defective products and want me to send them the product with my money bearing the loss.
Altough my mobile is very essential for me from **th of October to *th November There were many pending works which I lost by trusting this company.
Now I need my full refund including the courier charges as well.
Please help me out they mentally harrassme.
