At the time of delivery of my XUV *** AX* model in august **** I was told by dealer sri Durga Automobile, Moti Nagar, that after * -* months my vehicle will be recalled for*nd key & sequential back light.
But after * months calling at customer care & meeting with all the concerns persons (mr Sajjan kumar, Nutan Shah, Jarnail singh, Jodh raj etc) at dealership they have given me my *nd key but they bluntly refused to change my back light as committed at the time of delivery of my vehicle & mentioned as a feature while booking of my vehicle.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
