I purchased a new LG Wing from Vlebazaar.in and they sent me a used phone. The box was opened multiple times and repackaged with clear tape and the phone itself had minor damage marks on it. I reached out to customer care * times and everytime they said we'll send the replacement in * days and nothing happened after that.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
