I Purchased A MI Smart Water Purifier From Mi.Com But It Is A Defective Product. I Created A Complaint #WOIN************** With Mi.Com On *th Jan ****. But As Of Now Company Is Not Providing Any Solution Or Replacement Of The Product. Service Center team has not performed any test/troubleshooting on the product but they have closed the complaints #WOIN************** and #WOIN**************. I have escalated this to mi customer care but still no response from them.
