On **th January ****, I got a Philips TV from Sharad DG in Dubai. The model number is **PUT****/** and the serial number is X**G*******A** ZA. The TV's picture tube got damaged on **th September ****. I tried calling the customer support and their response was that the TV is an International model so they cannot replace it. Instead, they will refund the amount but I did not accept that because the refund amount is really less and also I had to pay for duty. I would prefer a replacement but if they cannot then the refund should be of a larger amount. The complainant number of Philips support is ************.
