Philips Electronics Ltd - Flipkart continue send wrong product

Dear Sir / Ma’am,

I (Mr. Chirag Bhatia) am writing this mail to inform you about my experience with Flipkart as I have purchased Philips TAT****BK True Wireless (TWS Earbuds) With IPX* Splash-Proof with the order # OD****************** on **th October **** and it was delivered on **th October **** and due to sound quality issue on **th October **** I was trying to raised a request for return however, you system did not allow me and then I raised a request for replacement and on **th October **** I got a call from your customer care executive and when I disclosed that due to bad sound quality I don’t want this product then she cancelled my replacement request and raised a fresh request manually for return and as if today I was not able view that raised return request.

Just now had a word with Mr. Aditya from your organisation and he was ready to raise a request for replacement however, due to troubleshoot problem he was not able to raise a request for replacement. Kindly accept my request and return ibid product and refund my money. Hope to hear soon from your side.
