I have applied for replacement, parcel picked up by shadowfax on **th Jan **** but not updated on meesho app. Its been more thn * days i m continuously complaining on their help center and getting mad, people asking to hold the calls for more thn **-** mins n disconnecting without giving any solution. I mean how cheap these people have become now a days.i do have all the call records, msgs fron meesho itself saying that your product for the replacement has been picked up successfully and will b delivered soon. And other proofs from shadowfax courier they have sent me all the screenshot of their step sending that back to seller for the replacement. I m gonna attach all here. The worst part is the no and email address meesho has mentioned for the help centre are not valid. Meesho team can send you mails but u cannt send them reply on that because they are away from that channel. What a joke.This is high time now to take legal action i guess.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
