I had ordered IFB ** L Convection Microwave Oven, Serial No: ****************** on ** January ****, Order ID: OD******************, Invoice Number # FADZY*********** from Flipkart which I got on ** January ****.
I had ordered IFB ** L Convection Microwave Oven, Serial No: ****************** on ** January ****, Order ID: OD******************, Invoice Number # FADZY*********** from Flipkart which I got on ** January ****. After demo/installation by IFB on ** January ****, we ordinarily used it. But on ** January **** morning, we had taken note that the touchpad and turntable were not working well. The turntable halts while rotating and the touchpad gets senseless. From there on, I applied for a replacement on ** January **** night Replacement ID: ********************. After applying for the same, it showed that within Wednesday ** January ****, the professional will visit and confirm the replacement. Then, on Monday ** January ****, a specialist from the IFB called and inquired about the issues experienced. I have described the issues in detail that occur. Next, we waited another day for updates on Flipkart about the replacement. But so far, neither the staff of IFB nor the executive of Flipkart have contacted us. We have reached Flipkart customer service numerous times, but no appropriate arrangement has been given to us. On ** January ****, we got a message from Flipkart that, a delay in the technician visit and it will be ensured by ** January ****. After sending many emails and messages, they contacted us on **st January ****. They have noted our complain as Incident: IN******************** and tell us to wait till ** January ****. Today (** January ****) we get another same message from them, that a delay in the technician visit and it will be ensured by ** January ****. The replacement policy ends yesterday (** January ****). Till now no proper solution has been given to us. I have trusted Flipkarts service and have been using it since ****. But this harassment is unbearable. Please help us to get rid of the item and I want to return this and my money back as soon as possible.
