The item was ordered on **/**/**** and the item got delivered on **/**/****. The item is defective. It has dents and scratches. So replacement request is placed immediately on **/**/**** itself. The item got picked up on the very next day i.e. **/**/****. The replacement order has been shipped on **/**/**** and reached the nearest hub on **/**/****. The promised date given by the Flipkart is **/**/**** but I have not received the item as of now. I have been regularly calling from **/**/**** information that the item reached the nearest hub but is not out for delivery. But every day I was informed that the item will be delivered on or before the promised day. So I have to wait patiently. Today is **/**/**** and the item has not reached today also. I have called the customer care but they are reckless and informed that they will deliver the item as early as possible. I have been waiting from the past ** days for item after making the payment. Now I don't have money for the purchase of another item from offline. It is creating mental trauma calling the customer care daily. I want my amount back. They are not ready to cancel the item also. I want my amount refunded.
