T Rameah filed complaint against Mi tv on Oct 8, 2020
Brought Mi TV from Flipkart at Rs.*****/-. That's not a small amount for a middle class family. It's been * years now I have been getting issues with the TV which was twice already repaired. Repair in the sence they simply replaced the Mother Board that's all. Now it's off warranty I have got a similar complaint once again. Trying to raise a complaint by calling the customer care who says ur complaint no will be forwarded to you in form of SMS which didn't happen at all even after making a call thrice. Not able to understand how to approach this MI Tv brand complaint system. It's been a week trying all sort of things to find out to register a complaint.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
