Vistara Airlines - Lost Baggage
Arpan Bhatnagar filed complaint against Vistara Airlines on Aug 12, 2021
I travelled by flight from Udaipur to Pune Via New Delhi on Monday *nd Aug., ****.
We lost our cabin baggage in New Delhi from flight. We notified the cabin crew & Ground Staff immediately. We also complained to Vistara baggage service, New Delhi.
From Last ** days I have not gotten any feedback about my baggage. Every time, There is a new person who does not know about scenario. I got one bag from Aircraft which Exchanged Either Intentionally or By mistake. Which is already submitted to Vistara Baggage support staff, New Delhi.
Yesterday i got mail that vistara denied to take responsibility of missing baggage which is missed from their aircraft.
Please look into the matter.
