Dear sir,
I have booked rental car from Onroadz Car Rental From **nd October **** from morning *:**AM till night *:** PM.
I have booked Swift Dzire ****
I reached to pick up the car by *:** I informed that I will reach around *:** in their WhatsApp .
At the time they are with another customer and ask me to wait. At the same time the car that I was booked **** arrived and they are about to give to another person.
Immediately I asked them this car was booked by me you can't give this
They said wait sir we will arrange some another car. This was happen around *:**AM
Then I entered the office and gave my details
The working person said sir wait we are checking for car
I said I need to go urgently please make it fast happened around *:**.
Around * clock again I said sir please arrange before *:** will be helpful. But they didn't take it seriously.
It's almost *:** they are doing their own work.
So I said thank you for your fabulous service will meet you in future and left and booked cab.
