I got a credit card (#****************) and salesman clearly told me there will be no charges at all. I kept the card as it is. Now they have charged me for renewal though I was informed there will be no charges. I'm not using this card. Care executive raised a ticket #*********** but it has been rejected. When I asked for escalation next care executive name Kalpana and Sunil kept me on hold for a long time and then disconnected the call rudely. I want immediate and strict action taken against rude behaviour and reverse the charges ASAP. if I get charged for late payment due to this then they will need to refund that as well. Since I was not informed about charges. I will not pay GST as well if I'm not paying the actual amount then how am I liable for taxes. Need urgent action.
