My name is jitender.i booked flight ticket for first time . During booking ticket it was showing mandatory to fill surname but I don't have surname in my documents.I filled my surname.now airindia is saying that boarding will not be allowed in this case.i call them many time to resolve my issue.i am poor person.i hardly afford one time ticket booking.if I cancel ticket I will lost my **** rupees and also the ticket price of same flight has increased.please do something.
