My phone number is ********** and my name is Divyanshu Chaudhary.
An amount of Rs * is debited from my account daily even if I'm not subscribed to any VAS . This is happening from past ** days. Calling customer care representative is in vain as I'm never able to talk to him through ***. Kindly resolve the matter. I'm feeling cheated. Further continuous debit of balance from my phone balance for the reasons not known to me. Kindly look into the matter as I am feeling cheated as the balance is debited for any reasons best known to the company. I am feeling cheated . Please do something so that these don't happen again. The balance has reduced from ** to ** in past * days
