I went to Europe with international roaming pack of **** for seven days from */*/**-**/*/**. The roaming was active only on **/*/** and there was no connectivity for the first * days. When they raised the full bill amount I requested them to proportionately reduce the tariff charges. They have declined it and blocked my cell number.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
