Bharti Airtel - Regarding validity issue

Wrt the above I recharged for my no for only talk time wherein it was mentioned validity not applicable and that's the reason I recharged. As I don't use much only for emergency purpose. But the minute I recharged I received an SMS stating validity is for ** days. So I sent a mail enquiring regarding that but they were not able to give me a convincing answer for that. Finally, they told me validity is only for main balance. I asked why isn't it mentioned as it is done for other packages. If it was mentioned I wouldn't have recharged at all. This is cheating the public. They said sorry for the inconveniences caused but no answer my question. I even complained to the appellate again the same drama but no convincing reply and they even refused to register a complaint and give me the docket no. I sent them so many emails for that but I didn't receive the complaint no. They said no validity for main account balance but again after ** days, they debited Rs. ** from the account and sent a mail saying thank you for your recharge. When I told them I haven't recharged they told me it's our rule if you don't want to call and inform. I asked when I have never told you to debit why should I call and ask you not to and you told me validity is not applicable for main account balance then why did you debit. They have no reply for this. I have enclosed the screenshots for reference. By not mentioning the details of the package they are harassing the customer. Luckily I didn't recharge for a higher amount. Earlier also they did the same thing. My talk time balance was there, they just activated some app on their own and sent a message saying dusky rental is debited and now balance zero and blocked incoming calls saying that I have to recharge. Now this way cheating customers.
