This is to inform you that on * November **** i placed an order for airtel connection but it was more than a week it was not installed. And everyday i am going on calling the customer care executive for the cancellation of the connection since * days and everytime there is same thing that the they have cancelled and amount will get credited to my account within few days. When i call again to the executive some other will say that the cancellation request has not been placed.
This same thing is going on since a week. I need the cancellation of the broadband within a day or ** hrs.
Please help me out in the concerned matter.
