- Regarding non response to our repeated for cancellation of registration of my wards Open

We registered with Byjus on *,th of September **** for online learning program and committed to pay them RS ****** for two year's learning program. Byjus people promised us to deliver the tablets for online classes with in **days but they showed poor response in delivery and We faced a lots of harrasment as they were not responding to our mail's as well as the phone calls. Finally in last week if October We received the tablets but not able to attend the classes as some errors shown in the website of Byjus.
On *th of November again We requested Byjus by number of mails to cancel our registration and refund the payment but they were not responding at all.
Till date no response from their side, We still waiting for cancellation calls from them as we can't call the cancellation team directly. It's really humiliation and harrasment from Byjus
