Dear Sir/Madam,
This is D. Ruby Catherin mother of D. Joan Shetila Std X. We have received a call from Akash Byju's for admission through the scholarship program for JEE and compo with X revision for the board exam. On the *th of January ****, we had a meeting with Mr. Nilesh and he explained their programme. During the meeting, they offered a scholarship scheme for the JEE coaching based on the scholarship they are allocated to pay Rs=*****/- as a downpayment. We have paid online to Mr. Nilesh's account.
From *th January onwards from my daughter's school, they have allotted the coaching for the X board exam. So we are not able to attend the class on the same day we have sent an email to Akash's team to cancel the admission and process the refund amount of Rs=*****/-.
Today is the **th of February. In a total of ** days, we have been mentally stressed, and for this amount, we have to work for more than months. We are a middle-class family. From day one to the date we have contacted the support of Byjus, and the persons are telling us that we can't take any action on this; the higher authority only has to make a decision. We don't know whom to contact. Please look into this matter on an urgent basis and resolve this issue. The contact number and the contact email IDs of the team who have contacted us to get admission is mentioned below. After getting admission they are told that this is not our work other teams will do this work.
Because of this in my family, the problem is created with me and my husband. We want the full refund amount of Rs=*****/-.
Please look into this matter urgently and solve my family issue also.
