Mi Led Tv - Regarding my mi android TV installation which was scheduled by jeeves haven't done till the date

I have purchased a mi *A pro ** inches led tv from Flipkart. It was delivered to me on **th May **** and installation for the same was scheduled by Jeeves. The expected date was of **th as per Flipkart but the tv hasn't Installed yet. When I have called to Jeeves customer care they are saying they are running out of accessories because of the wall mounts installation can't be done. I have told to them that I don't need a wall mount installation and as per their sayings they have forwarded a mail to the higher department regarding the same issue. Again when I have called to Jeeves today they were again saying that as we are running out of accessories the wall mount installation can't be done. Please help.
