I have purchased Mi Led **" TV from Flipkart on * July **** & it got delivered on * July ****. When installed TV looks smaller to my living room so I contacted the customer service to exchange my TV for **" tv. But customer service person rejected to exchange my TV
I asked customer service representative to provide my seller information so that I could talk to him personally & get my TV exchanged for this request too customer service representative rejected this request too
So what should I do now as a customer?
Please provide me a way so that i can be safe sided
