Sbi Credit Card - Regarding Issue in SBI Credit Card Bill Payment

Hi,
I got my Credit Card on February ****, still i didn't make single transaction they were sending bills of **** bill . Every month they are increasing ****.
I already send many mail regarding wrongly charging bill but did not receive any response on that I had a word with a Customer Care executive who told me they charge for annual charges and security activation mode but for Security activation i didn't receive any confirmation letter or via email and How they can charge annual amount initially of *** and put interest Penality GST and make bill of *,*** just got Credit card * Month ago and they charge this amount and why they were charging **** for that didn't i gave him written permission then i told that to the executive he told me to mail Credit Card Bill issue to the customer center but didn't receive any response. I just want to know on what basis **** charges on me every month my bill cycle is increasing every month by **** rupees. I didn't purchase anything on what basis the Bank is charging these amounts. In May and June, I checked my balance was around **** and now they send me mail for around *,***. Since I got a Card I haven't used it then on what basis thy are charging penalty and i blocked by SBI Credit Card on ** Sept ****.
On what basis SBI put late fees and I didn't purchase anything. Why did I pay an amount for which I didn't use anything? Customer executive told me to do Settlement for **** so why i gave money fro penalty.
