On ** Feb **** a loan is generated autometically without my knowledge in two parts **, *** & **, *** and that amount is converted in Amazon gift card.
*. Then, I call to customer care regarding this issue, they tell me once the voucher generated then it will not be cancel and you have to redeem it.
*. And when I try to redeem I got to know that the voucher is already redimed by any unknown person.
*. A complaint is lodge by me of this to cyber cell and zest money. I had called too many time to zestmoney to know the details of redeemer but after long time on ** Feb **** they give only name and emailid of reedemer. How I search to Redeemer. No detail of URL I want to know how this loan is generated.
*. So, I requist you to immediately deactivate my account and close that loan account
