I am Venu, new customer to Meesho and had a very bitter experience with my *st order.
Please find the Order details , issue details explained below :

Order details: Ordered "*" quantity of "Vanesa Envy Eau de Parfum - *** ml" by paying total of **** Rupees.
Issue Details: Order placed on *th Jan and Partial order delivered (* quantity, expected * quantity) on **th January. I have raised the complaint immediately to return as I couldn't find a replacement option. Also reached the service center in time and explained to them the concern that I have paid for * quantities and have received only "*". So requested to cancel and refund the total amount.
I have received amount for only "*" quantity on dated **th January. I have immediately raised this concern to support team over call and chat's as i couldn't find an option to raise a complaint from the Meesho app. They always said that i can expect some call back and email response with the complaint id shortly but it was never done.
Please take this complaint seriously and refund the amount which i paid without any further delay as there is no issue from my end.
Expecting some response at-least here before i reach social media. It's not about the money we paid, but the trust we given for Meesho.
Out of * products i have ordered in total:
i. * canceled on the same day of order placed(Order ID: ************),
ii. partial order delivered which is replaced with right quantity(Order ID: ************),
iii. partial order delivered which is replaced with right quantity later (Order ID: ************),
iv. Order placed on Jan *th & is cancelled on Feb **rd & refunded (Order ID: ************)
v. Order placed on Jan *th & delivered on **th as promised (Order ID:************)
vi. Order for * quantity on Jan *th, delivered only * quantity showing "*" quantity in packing box on **th Jan, Issue raised & requested return on same day. But received the refund for only "*" quantity, and couldn't report that in app as the product marked as delivered. So has reported immediately to Meesho support team via calls & messages but no proper response or acknowledgment received till now. I have received couple of fake promises by taking my email id & said the issue will be resolved in * working days but i haven't received any thing in email or app to track it further.
