Spicejet Air Line - Refused to reimburse the amount spent by me to collect the luggage delayed by 1 day

I have booked * tickets for me my wife on SpiceJet flight for sector IXZ-CCU dated ** Feb ****.
The original ETD of the flight was **.** AM, however, we had received an SMS that the flight ETD had been revised to **.**. Keeping that in mind, both of us checked-in at Port-Blair airport at **.** AM. At the time of the check-in, one small cup noodle and one *** ml Apple juice packet each was provided to us.
The inward flight coming from CCU-IXJ had landed at Port-Blair airport at **.**. However, there was no update about the ETD and even after ** minutes, the ETD wasn’t revised. On inquiring the spice jet ground staff officials, we were the informed that the captain was not ready for take-off citing strong winds. This was a surprising and contradictory information for the passengers because after the landing of the incoming SpiceJet flight at **.**, everyone had already been a witness of the departure of two other Indigo flights. When we tried to put the same question to the SpiceJet manager at Port Blair airport, she informed us that SG*** flight does not have requisite equipment as in the Indigo flights to take off in such windy conditions.
We were surprised whether this was really on the part of the flight equipment or was it because the SpiceJet pilots aren’t being given proper training? In any case, as a passenger, it is our right to have this information available on SpiceJet website prior to booking the tickets.
Further, only after repeated requests by the fellow passengers, the ETD was revised to **.** which was further not updated till **.**. The passengers requested for meal and refreshments from SpiceJet as the delay was more than * hrs but the SpiceJet ground staff refused to provide the same. The further revised ETD of **.** was again not met by the airlines.

Not providing the regular update about the flight departure time and not providing proper meal and refreshment to the passengers during flight delay of more than * hrs are in violation of DGCA guidelines.
The Boarding began at **.** and we have received an SMS from SPICEJ that our luggage has been checked-in with last * digit baggage tags as **** and ****. The ground staff and Crew members deliberately didn’t inform us that our flight is taking off without any of the checked-in luggage. Even on arrival at Kolkata airport, the cabin crew announced that the check-in luggage can been collected at belt No * but no check-in luggage for any of the passengers were available.
I had a connecting flight of Alliance Air to Guwahati AI *I*** within * hour of landing of SpiceJet flight and without any luggage I had to fly with the mental agony and the uncertainty of losing my luggage as the ground staff did not inform as in when we would receive our luggage. Meanwhile, before boarding, I asked my relative to courier my essential items to Guwahati at my transit address.
On the next day SpiceJet officials give me a call and the airlines refused to deliver my luggage at the provided address at Guwahati. Therefore, I have to go to the Guwahati airport by hiring a taxi to collect my luggage on the next day.
I have written an email to Spicejet customer service asking for the reimbursement of to-and-fro taxi fare from my transit address at Narengi, Guwahati to Guwahati airport spend by me to collect my luggage and the courier charges to get my essential cloths from my residence to Guwahati by providing the bills copy. I have also asked to reimburse the amount for * cups of coffee and light refreshment taken at the airport to be reimbursed by Spicejet since as per DGCA guidelines, it was Spicejet responsibility to provide us regular meal when the flight was delayed by more than * hrs
My demand for reimbursement of the amount spent by my due to flight delay and delayed delivery of luggage by one day was refused by Spicejet customer service, Nodal and Appellate officer. Instead, they offered e-vouchers amounting **** rs to be used on future travel with SpiceJet only with validity till **th Aug’**** .
However, my hometown is at Dibrugah from where Spicejet does not operate any flight. It will mean that in order to get the reimbursement of the expenditure made by me for the luggage in the form of a e-voucher, I will have to fly to a place from where Spicejet operates a flight, stay there at a hotel and then pay for a Spicejet flight to claim the coupons. I have informed the same to Spicejet customer service, Nodal and Appelate office but they refused to provide me cash reimbursement at my upi id.
Since, I was not happy with SpiceJet service and I do not want to take any future flight with Spicejet. As a customer, forcing me to take another SpiceJet flight in order to claim the amount spent by on taxi, courier and refreshment is against the natural justice.
Therefore, I want the amount spent by me to be reimbursed to me in cash along with the compensation for the mental agony.
