I had received this product as a gift (order [#] ***-*******-*******) but I initiated the return as the product was defective (broken into pieces). It was an Amazon-fulfilled order but still, Amazon refused to pick up the product and asked me to ship it at my own cost and promised reimbursement of the same once it reaches their facility. However, despite sharing the courier receipt, they refused to initiate the shipping refund citing various excuses.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
