I had been shown different room by sandhya as she had shared a video of the property and I had paid the pre booking charges. It was informed to me that I will get **% cash back on the pre booking charges plus it will be refundable anytime without any extra charges. Then I got a different room which was not even as same as shown in video. I wanted to cancel it and wanted refund of the pre booking amount. But later Sandhya said it cannot be refunded. Why do you'll fool customers? Why do you'll don't mention proper policy and ask for booking? I need the ***/- pre booking charges back.
