Dear Sirs,
Please note that I have given above referred orders for medicines but due to abnormal delay and not dispatching the medicines, I have bound to cancel both the orders on **/**/**** but till now I have not received my money back while,I have made online payment (by debit card) for both the orders. The refund / credit of Rs. ***.** & Rs. ****.** is still awaited.
You are requested to look into the matter and arrange to refund my money at the earliest.
