MANASWITA MANDAL filed complaint against Medlife on May 3, 2021
I ordered few items from Medlife on **th March,****.
And paid through online. Once I got the delivery on **nd March, I had to pay in cash Rs.***. So I paid twice for the same product.
I kept calling Medlife Customer care daily from MARCH. But still did not get refund. only ans I am getting from them is "Already initiated the amount".
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
