I bought Kitchen Queen ** pcs Coloured Stainless steel Storage set of cost ****/- on ** Feb, **** .i placed a return request and want refund(in bank account given to naaptol) as I didnt like the quantity. Order was picked on ** Feb, **** .they alotted me a refund voucher to shop other products from naaptol and I don't wand any shopping from naaptol. I complaint many times and everytime they said I can't get money in bank account only I can get voucher. The staff is also so so poor and not supportive and cooperative. Pls help me in getting my refund in my bank account not refund voucher
