I've ordered a * pack of stainless steel water bottles through naaptol online TV camping ads ! But, I've received a defective / damaged product & also the product is very different from the one which was shown on TV ad ! Then, we've registered a refund & replacement complaint but no response ! Has, naaptol customer care personal doesn't gave proper instructions & support ?!&, Also no refund policy...! It's a scam....!
