my concern and frustration regarding the refund that has not yet been initiated, despite it being almost six days since my initial request. I have attempted to seek assistance through your IVR system multiple times but have received no help or satisfactory response From Air India
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my flight booked for June **, ****.
One day prior to my flight, on June **, ****, I attempted to upgrade my seats and paid ₹*,*** INR using my card. However, the seat upgrade was not confirmed, and I did not receive any confirmation regarding the upgrade. Despite this, the payment was deducted from my account.
Since then, I have made numerous attempts to resolve this issue. I have called your customer support through the IVR system multiple times and sent several emails, providing all necessary details including the transaction information. Despite my repeated efforts, I have not received any response or refund for the unsuccessful seat upgrade.
The lack of communication and resolution is highly disappointing. I request an immediate refund of ₹*,*** INR to my account. I also expect a prompt response addressing this issue and an explanation for the inconvenience caused.
Please treat this matter with urgency and ensure that my refund is processed at the earliest.
