I contacted Microscan sales about broadband service. The salesperson recommended a one-year plan, but I told him I would be moving in three months. He assured me that the company would transfer my service to my new location or refund the unused portion of my plan. He said he would send me an email with the terms and conditions, but I never received it. I contacted customer support, but they didn't know about the refund policy. Now the company is refusing to refund me, saying that prepaid services are non-refundable. I have been waiting over ** days for a refund or the terms and conditions document. I feel like I have been cheated, and I would appreciate your help.
