Microscan Infocommtech Private Limited - Frequent Disconnection with No prior Intimation

This complaints I am filing after I got fed up raising complaint in their application portal. These people are super cheaters as they took upfront yearly payment with commitment of consistent service.

I have paid **** plus **** router (personal) for one year and now I am feeling they have cheated me. I am suffering heavily. They are not returning my money and they don't address problem. still I am using my mobile connection to raise complain.

*) My online Studies are affected as I am jobless preparing for interviews
*) I lost money in stock market due to frequent disconnection without prior notice.
*) I could not attend my online course session regularly due to this problem. that course cost me **k.

They are emotionless people. They don't know value of time and efforts. I would like to request you to warn them against this indiscipline towards customer.

either refund my money and take away their connection or give notification for downtime and control downtime frequency.
