Indigo - refund

I made booking from indigo airlines from surat to delhi. didn't receive any mail or information about it and payment got deducted of amount ***** rs . i called customer service department they said they don't have any booking after I give so many explanation, they told me that they will call me in * hours with resolution. but didn't receive any update. then I called them again and same thing happened to me that they didn't find any booking again i explained them and they said they will call me back and refund will be done if they find any transaction. I told them to give me mail of this information as I don't have single mail and no information is mentioned on their portal about my booking so I want confirmation from your side that you have the booking and amount got deducted. they said they can't send mai and I am on hold form last * hours with customer care department and with there transaction department. but no one is not able to send me a single mail regarding their fault. i didn't receive money. I wasted my * hours on call. and the fight rate also raised which I had booked.
