Dear [Healthifyme Service Representative],
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the product/service that I received from your company and to request a refund for my purchase. On [**-**-****], I made a purchase of [product/service] from your company [Healthifyme], but I am not satisfied with the quality of the product/service that I received.
Diet Plan which was Given was not upto Mark, was not showing Result, . i was not Given any Terms and Conditions Page when i purchased plan , i was not even told while executive Was Selling me Package. now when i Finally thought to Quit the plan, Customer care Person Have Attached the Terms and Conditions Screenshot's when i wish to Drop the Services , How they Can Keep my hard Earn Money with themselves, if i don't wish to Continue Services..
They Didn't Provide any Customer Care no, There Software is Complex , not easy to Raise Request by Normal Human Being.
As a result of my dissatisfaction with the product/service, I am requesting a full refund of the purchase price. I have attached a copy of my receipt for the purchase to this letter.
I expect that [Healthifyme] will honor my request for a refund and process it in a timely manner. Please let me know the steps I need to take to return the product or to receive a refund.
