I took admission on *th June but my health condition was not fine at that time so I told my consultant but he said that I can cancel the admission anytime but after taking admission I read the agreement and found out that if the student is unhealthy and failed to get a job due to his health condition then the company isn't responsible so I told my consultant to cancel the admission on *th June but he lied that this agreement isn't supposed to be for me. I took admission in full stack java developer course job guarantee program and it was clearly written on that document but still I trusted him and continued with the admission. I told him to give me **th june batch but he gave **th july batch I thought may be the seats are full in that batch. When I attended first class I realised that due to my health condition I won't be able to focus on the classes and course isn't suitable for me since I cant sit regularly for * hours. I have my medical records as well. And since then I'm trying to get a refund but I'm not getting any reply from the team. They said that I should have cancelled my admission within * days of admission according to their policy but my consultant never told me about this policy. I just got one agreement on *th june which they said that its not for me I have the recording of that call. And the second agreement was sent to me on **th june after ** days of admission with wrong spelling of my name. I'm very disappointed. I can't continue with the course because of my health. In the first ticket that I raised after *nd class I said that I have some issue with the classes because I was worried that they might not accept this health reason. Please suggest what can I do? My consultant has already approved my request but they aren't replying. It's been a week now. The course is torturing me and pressuring my mind. Please suggest something so that I could get my refund. I am even ready to pay the penalty if there's any. Please respond to my request and suggest something.
