I booked the ticket cok to jfk on **/*/**. after the net banking payment travolook agent called me airline rate changed you have to pay more money to complete the booking. I was not agreed for the new rate. so that travolook promised ** working days for the refund. until to day **/*/** I haven't received my refund. The agents are giving unbelievable excuses . So I humbly request you to take a immediate action about my case.
