I booked a flight ticket on **th October **** through their website. The transaction failed but money was debited from my bank account. I asked the company for the refund immediately. They said me to wait for * working days. Today is *th December and after never ending holds on their customer care number and many emails later, every time they tell me that my money is being processed, please wait. The amount is of Rs.**** and the reference id of my transaction is REF*********.
