My Name is V.Madhankumar. I have a salary account in Kotak Mahindra Bank, Sterling Road, Branch, Chennai from the period of **** to ****. My Account Number is **********. My salary account bank was changed from my office. I was unable to maintain the Kotak Mahintra Bank account for the last * years. On **.**.****, my friend transferred the amount of Rs.**,***/- . The Total account balance was Rs.**,***/- The amount of Rs.****/- was deducted gradually from my kotak mahindra bank account I was in Medical Emergency Situation. So Kindly request you to refund the deduction amount of Rs.****/- to my account.
