Travolook (Www.travolook.in) - Refund since last year after flight booking cancellation

I booked a ticket on *th feb ****, it got cancelled and they didn't return my money after I lost hope in ****, I asked them to return my money on wallet.
When I tried booking through that, again it got cancelled and I was not able to book the flight and this time the first amount plus a lil more which I added during payment in *nd time.
It's been around one year but didn't get my money back which is around Rs****.
