I tried to book a flight ticket from Darbhanga (DBR) to Delhi (DEL) on dated **Feb'**, through the website of Travolook. i.e, www.travolook.in.
I got a mail that my booking is "In Progress" with booking reference no. REF*********, and the amount of rs.**** has been debited from my acc.
But, after few minutes, I got another mail that my booking has cancelled due to fare expiration.
Then i called on their customer care no. **** *** **** and write an e-mail support@travolook.in to get my money refunded.
They had assured me that my money will be refund within **-**day's via return mail. From that day to **Dec'**, I had called a multiple times to them, but everytime I only got an response that the money will be refunded, with-in *,* days. But, nothing such happened.
And, I'm very upset and my mind getting disturbed. I'm tortured after listening their lies
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
