Rohan Shet (rohan.shet@byjus.com) visited my home at **:**PM on July **, **** and wasn't leaving till I make the payment. So I made initial payment at **:** then he left. He assured it will be refunded if I cancel at any time. Once he left I checked about it online and I didnt like it so requested for cancellation immediately. Since then I am struggling between Customer care, support team, cancellation team, Rohan and his manager Arjun (arjun.muralidhar@byjus.com). Rohan and Arjun wasn't responding to my calls or texts. Today Arjun answered my call and blamed me for making the payment rather providing status on request request.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
