I have Netplus Broadband connection installed at my home having Customer ID: **********
On dated **.*.****, I made a payment of Rs ****/- for yearly billing fee for my netplus broadband connection. but by mistake I made the payment of Rs ****/- twice on **.*.**. So in total I paid ***** instead of ****/-.
I brought this mistake of mine into the notice of Netplus on **.*.**. As requested by Netplus I sent a copy of the cancelled cheque for processing of refund of excess amount on **.*.**. But even after almost * months and numerous calls and emails to customer care people, I didn't receive any satisfactory reply and refund of the excess amount till date.
Then I escalated the matter to L* level on **.*.**. But I received the same replies from L* & L* like our team is working on it or we have escalated your problem to the concerned department.
Then I raised the matter to Netplus Nodal Officer on **.**.** but have yet to hear from him or his team.
Further I raised my concern to the Appellate Authority of Netplus on **.**.** but he also didn't even acknowledge my complaint till date
So you are requested to please look into this & instruct Netpluss to refund the excess amount of Rs ****/- back to my account please.
