I admitted my child to one of the courses offered by Lido learning in the month on ** August **** by paying ₹*****. Due to unavailability of the time for my child, I cancelled further classes and submitted the refund request as per their terms in the *st week of September ****. Even though my refund request is approved in the same month I have not received the payment yet. I request you to interfere, take necessary action in this case & make justice to me. Please also note that there are other few parents who are struggling to get the refund for few months & years

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
