Lido Learning - Non refund of Fees deposited for online LIDO courses after cancellation of course

I enrolled my daughter on **.**.**** by Lido representative Mr Ketan (Mobile No **-********** ) paid Rs. **,***/- vide netbanking **-**-**** BIL/ONL/************/Quality Tu/wwwlidolearning ICICI BANK NODA **,***.**. After * classes , I asked for refund due to my child Ashmita is not able to understand the classes. The refund requested received and processed on ** july **** after verification. I have been told refund of amount Rs **,***/- will get within ** days. After that several times through their whatapp chat & given phone no I have raised my issue. But no suitable action has been taken at their end. Always they are taking ** days time to resolve my issue saying different excuses. In this way they hold me for seven months. Now they have close their whatapp chat and also Phone no is showing invalid. Now I am not able to contract .
