- Refund rejected by flipkart ^Open

My name is Mahesh Kathane Order ID - OD******************,(Mob no-**********) I ordered iPhone **(***GB) on **th sept **** and it delivered to me on **rd sept ****. I insist delivery person to open that parcel then he opened and I got an empty box of samsung F** instead of apple iphone **. I refused to take delivery but delivery person already taken OTP before parcel handover to me and marked delivered. I contact flipkart support and explained the issue, they told me to take that parcel and assured me they will definitely providing me a resolution as I contact them immediately to them. They raised return request on same day that is **rd sept and told me to wait till timeline they provided.They also told me to send Product photos and ID proof, I immigiately sent product images and adhar card as I'd proof. then I was waiting for the resolutuon but seller rejected my refund by saying that the product was being intact which is absolutely rubbish. I again contact Flipkart support and explain my issue, they follow same procedure and told me to send product photos, I'd proof. Again seller reject the refund with same reason that the product was being intact. Again I contact them but same issue occur again and again, seller reject my refund for *th time and it took almost *.* month I'm not getting resolution. In between these days they also send me FIR CONSENT form and told me to fill that form and send it back to them. I send them FIR consent by printing and filling with my own handwriting on **th October ****. I highlighted this issue on social media So they contact me and told me that the seller initiated investigation and assured me resolution on or before *nd November ****. But the situation is same today as well. I contact flipkart support on daily basis, they told me each time that the team is working on your issue and the team will contact you, but I'm not getting any call back from back end team. I raised issue on multiple platform like twitter, LinkedIn, and raised complaint on NCH portal but I got no support from flipkart. flipkart harassed me mentally as well as financially. Almost ** days they told me that seller can't issued refund or replacement as the seller confirmed that the product was being intact which is absolutely false. I have photo of the delivery person whose photo I took while he unboxing the parcel and package was empty. I have their all phone recordings where they make false promises. I want my hard earned money back with compensation.
