Dear Team,
Please Help GOIBIBO cancelled my booking of Hotel Shri Kalyan Kota which was from **rd may'**** to **th may **** amounted rs.***** due to COVID** situation.
my whole amount of refund is initiated in Go Ibibo Wallet which is total useless for me ,Please help in matter as they didnt inform me about change in policy or refund process. I want my refund in my bank account.
