I have booked Hotel on **th Sept **** till *nd October **** via GO ibibo website, my money got deducted Rs. **** and got hotel details, but when reached hotel they denied as it was fully booked and no rooms were available.

At first place website should not have allowed me to book but nevertheless now I am struggling to get my refund back, there is no proper Point of contact or Email address, customer care to connect.

Please help me to get my **** refund back its been ** days now.
